Tasks that can grow
Start with one task, then add another level whenever the work needs more detail.
A fluid task app for personal productivity
duun helps you capture personal work as tasks, add nested tasks when the work needs more room, keep notes attached, share specific tasks, and schedule time from the task itself.

duun keeps the model simple: every item is a task. A task can stand alone, carry notes, be scheduled, be shared, or become the parent of more tasks.
Start with one task, then add another level whenever the work needs more detail.
Keep references, decisions, and working notes attached to the work they explain.
Invite someone into a specific task so they can follow that work without seeing unrelated tasks.
Commit time to a task in duun, then optionally sync selected scheduled tasks to Google Calendar.
Connect MCP clients with specific permissions to read, create, edit, schedule, complete, or share tasks.
Task titles, notes, comments, and schedules are encrypted before storage.
Privacy and connected services
duun encrypts task content before storage and only uses third-party services when they are needed for account access, billing, support, or an integration you choose to enable.
If you choose to sign in with Google, duun receives basic account details such as your email address, name, avatar, and Google account identifier so it can create your account, sign you in, and protect account access.
Capture and manage tasks from your browser with the duun extension. Add to duun uses browser permissions only after you open the extension or context menu, then sends the page title, URL, and selected text you choose to save.
If you connect Google Calendar, duun uses the granted calendar access to show selectable calendars, sync scheduled tasks you choose, remove synced events when sync is turned off, and check free/busy availability when enabled.
duun does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, and connected calendars can be disconnected from settings.
